Posted 8/31/2012 9:03:16 AMSome confusion exists on what constitutes a "successful attack", as most people will notice only a single condition transfer when fighting a single mob.
The swarm will transfer one condition (up to three) when it hits an enemy, including the bounces. That means you need to be fighting two mobs that are somewhat close to each other to get the full condition transfer listed in the skill.
