This dropped from my first mob in FotM. Still not sure what it's for, but it forges with FotM tokens. Not sure what else yet.
Just got one from FotM!
Mystic Forge recipe with 5 vials, 1 coin, 1 ecto and 1 FotM token (Fractal Relic). Don't know what it makes yet!
2nd drop I got in the new FotM dungeon. Ha!
It's account bound, and that's all I know about it.
