Posted 9/27/2012 6:23:57 PMThe 4th ability doesn't seem to be working properly. Instead of on your attack, it follows the suit of other runes triggering on when you get hit. But the real gripe is, the animation will trigger but the buffs aren't applied to anyone at all. I really do hope they fix this.
