Posted 11/26/2012 6:08:25 AMA great location to farm these is in Dredgehaunt Cliffs at the Wolves. I have a great video detailing this farming location which you can use; Icebrood Wolf Fang Farming in Dredgehaunt Cliffs.
I averaged about a fang every 4/5 kills.

Posted 6/6/2013 3:23:52 PMIn fact this is nice to spot for combined farm, because the Sons of Svanir have awesome drop of Totems and other "good-to-sell" items. For 40 mins farming there I manage to get like 25 totems 15 fangs and to sell dropped items to vendor and to AH for overall income of 1 G.
